D'abord merci de me repondre aussi tardivement c'est tres gentil
Pour les antivirus a priori j'ai deja supprimé bitdefender mais je ne sais pas si il reste des traces.

Pour le nettoyage j'utilisai deja ccleaner avant donc du point de vu fichiers temporaires il reste pas grand chose pareil pour la base de registre.

J'ai nettoyé le registre comme tu me l'a indiqué
Je vais lancer un antivirus en ligne et certainement faire une petite defragmentation que j'ai completement zappé depuis tres longtemps (oui je sais c'est pas bien )

Bon alors j'ai fais un peu de nettoyage, installé le SP3 et fais une analyse en ligne avec Trendmicro mais j'ai tjrs le même probleme avec les mises a jour windows.
D'ailleurs je ne peut même pas faire ces mises a jour manuellement a partir du site windows update (une erreur sur la page lors de la recherche de mises a jour).
je vais vous reposté un rapport HJT mais sinon je crois que je vais faire un grand nettoyage et reformater mon HD.

As-tu ajouté les sites de Microsoft aux sites de confiance?
Ta version de Windows est légale?

bon alors j'ai fait une réinstallation de windows et maintenant tout vas bien.
sinon sur le site windows update il m'envoyait une page d'erreurs avec les liens vers les forums pour resolution de probleme.
et oui mon windows est une version authentique.
