voila j'ai un souci avec l'installation de .NET Framework Runtime 4.0 Language Pack

Je n’arrive pas a obtenir son installation.
J'ai se message après avoir le message d'erreur:

as tu essayé en mode sans échec ?

as tu retéléchargé le fichier pour le cas ou il serait endommagé ?

j'ai tenter les version ente-rieur plus celui désirer mais rien ne marche je vais essayer en mode sans echec
