Impossible d'ouvrir hotmail + sites bloqués

Bonjour,

Voilà, j'ai eu des soucis de virus, spywares, etc...(!), mais "tout" est réparé.
Donc mes pb de sécurité semblent résolus.

Cependant, je n'arrive pas à me connecter à certains sites :

- Impossible d'ouvrir hotmail. Quand je tape l'adresse, j'arrive sur une page blanche. Par contre j'ai toujours accès à msn, avec mon adresse hotmail donc, et quand je clique sur la lettre pour accéder à mes mails, j'arrive toujours sur une page blanche, mais la barre d'adresse est surlignée en vert avec un petit cadenas. Je suis allée sur l'adresse ci-dessous, mais ça n'a pas fonctionné :

- Je ne peux pas accéder à mon compte sur le site de ma banque

- J'aimebien écouter la radio "FIP", donc jepeux accéder au site mais au moment de cliquer sur "PLAY", ça ne fonctionne pas (même pas de petit bruit du clic!).

- Et sinon, mon lecteur windows media player ne fonctionne plus depuis 2 jours

A priori, je dirai que c'est ton pare-feu qui fait un blocage sur les sites en question.

Donc:

_ Système d'exploitation: Vista, XP SP2...

_ Antivirus?

_ Pare-feu?

_ Tu parles d'un ancien virus, tu es sure qu'il est éradiqué? Il répondait à quel nom?

Alors mon ordi :
- Dell inspiron 1525
- Windows Vista
- antivirus = AVG
- antispywares = spybot et Defender
-parefeu de windows

Comme j'ai eu des soucis de virus cette semaine (alertes spywares répétitives + publicités intempestives), on m'a conseillé pourtout remettre bien. J'ai donc fait aussi un nettoyage avec Ccleaner et Malwarebytes

Voilà! Mais effectivement, il y a peut être des restes qui m'empêche de me connecter à hotmail.

Tu pourrais aller voir du côté des options histoire de savoir s'il fait aussi pare-feu ou non.

Attends qu'un utilisateur Vista passe par ici pour voir.

Tu n'as en effet pas de pare-feu avec AVG Free. Reste à voir si c'est double pare-feu Vista qui bloque.

pour le moment je continue de me connecter à msn messenger, tu crois que ça pose un pb? parce q qq1 m'a dit q ya peut être un virus qui s'est emparé de mon mot de passe hotmail et que c'est pour ça que je ne peux plus me connecter sur le site, et donc que ça pouvait être risqué de continuer d'aller sur msn avec la meme adresse hotmail...k's t'en penses?

Pour ton adresse mail, je ne vois pas trop.
Tu modifies le mot de passe quand tu peux et ce sera bon je pense.

Et si tu ne cliques pas n'importe où (du genre: t'as vu ta tof), tout se passera bien!

yep, mais en fait pour le moment, impossible de changer mon mot de passe. Je viens d'essayer en ouvrant messenger et en faisant mot de passe oublié. J'arrive sur un epage, mais le pb, c'est que quand je clique, rien ne se passe...et c'est sur plein de site comme ça. Relou!!
