bonjour,
jai un gros soucis la je sais plus quoi faire il y a 3 jours mon ordi m affichait un ecran bleu apres recherche de solution il m indiquait un code 28 maintenant il maffiche un ecran noir je ne peux plus rien faire avez vous une solution????merci

Le code 28 est surement du a un pilote.
As tu essayer de faire une restauration système une journée avant ton soucis.
Touche F5 ou F8 au démarrage de ton pc. Une fois en mode sans échec choisi "dernière bonne configuration connue"
Si cela ne fonctionne pas, toujours en mode sans échec choisi cette fois l'invité de commande puis dans la fenêtre DOS tapes ceci : rstrui.exe
Cela va t'ouvrir la fenêtre de restauration et tu auras ainsi la possibilité de choisir un autre point de restauration plus ancien.
Pour XP il faut taper.
