J'aimerais vraiment que quelqu'un m'aide ! je sais plus quoi faire mon portable ferme tout seul desfois au bout de 1 journée desfois apres 15 min. Quand l'ordi ferme il rédémarre tout seul mais il ne s'ouvre jamais au complet l'écran bleu apres le loading du démarage reste de meme et je dois fermer l'ordi completement pendant au moins 5-10 minutes et apres il part bien normalement.
Quand l'ordi bug je le sais qu'il va bugger quelques secondes avant. le son arrete de marcher et 2-3 secondes après l'image devient flou avec pleins de lignes dedans et 1 seconde apres le message d'erreur bleu. Avec erreur 0x000000f4
Le Portable est connecté HDMI la plupart du temps mais le probleme est arrivé aussi sur l'écran normal du portable. Connecté au mur ou pas il le fait quand meme.
Parfois quand il reboot il me demande des questions pour restaurer mais c'est pas toujours le cas. Prochaine fois je prendrai un screenshot. (win 7 sp 1) si vous avez besoin de plus d'infos dites moi quoi et ca va me faire plaisir ! merci de votre aide !

Bonjour est bienvenue
quand un écran bleu apparait, généralement windows crée un fichier d'erreur. Il est possible de récupérer le contenu de ces fichier avec un logiciel gratuit qui est sans installation.
-> télécharge >>whocrashed (ici mirror 1)<<
-> lance le logciel
-> puis poste son rapport par un copier/coller dans ton prochain message
peut être aurons nous alors une piste

aux vus des rapports il y aurait 2 pistes principales
1> surchauffe
2> problème de pilote sur un périphérique (souvent carte graphique)
un souci périphérique apparait aussi, mais peut-être indirectement du fait d'une surchauffe: un souci disque dur.
donc 2 choses
1> utilise cristaldiskinfo >>ici (sans installation)<< afin de s'assurer que le disque dur est bien sur "correct"
2> Télécharge CPUID HWMonitor >>hwmonitor.zip (ici)<<
->dezzipe le fichier et lance la version 32 bits ou 64 bits du fichier selon que tu as win 7 32 ou win 7 64 bit
ce logiciel sans installation te donnera les température du PC en fonctionnement. donne celle du processeur alors qu'aucun gros programme n'est lancé
