Bonjour,
Je sollicite votre aide pour m'aider à nettoyer mon PC..
Il est sujet à des ralentissements plutôt excessifs depuis quelques temps, et des pubs apparaissent de façon intempestive dans Google Chrome ou Mozilla Firefox.

Ceci s.t.p
* Fait un double-clic sur l'icône d'OTL pour le lancer
/!\ pour Vista/Seven fais un clic-droit sur l'icône d'OTL et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

* Assure-toi d'avoir fermé toutes les applications en court de fonctionnement.

* Quand la fenêtre d'OTL apparaît, assure toi que dans la section "Rapport" (en haut à droite) la case " Rapport minimal" soit cochée.

* Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

Lance le, clique sur [Suppression]puis patiente le temps du scan.
Une fois le scan fini, un rapport s'ouvrira. Poste moi son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Puis:Installe Malewarebytes' Antimalware,

Prends bien la version FREE
*** Met-le à jour puis choisi, Fait juste un scan rapide

*** Si une infection est trouvée, coche la case a coté et valides avec l’Onglet Supprimer la sélection

Poste le rapport final.

ok ceci.
* Fait un double-clic sur l'icône d'OTL pour le lancer
/!\ pour Vista/Seven fais un clic-droit sur l'icône d'OTL et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

* Assure-toi d'avoir fermé toutes les applications en court de fonctionnement.

* Quand la fenêtre d'OTL apparaît, assure toi que dans la section "Rapport" (en haut à droite) la case " Rapport minimal" soit cochée.

* Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

Ensuite :

Mets bien à jour MalwaresBytes et fait un scan rapide
Puis:

Tu as trop de chose au démarrage du pc.

Tu peux contrôler le démarrage de tous ces processus avec un logiciel comme Starter de Code Stuff.
Télécharge et installe Code Stuff Starter :

Ensuite vas dans l’onglet démarrage et décoches les lignes voulues.

Ne t'inquiète pas si a l'usage tu veux réactiver l'une d'elles, il suffit de la. recocher

Redémarres le pc ensuite pour constater le mieux.

Impossible de faire la correction avec OTL.. A deux reprises, le logiciel s'est bloqué sur "killing processes - do not interrupt" et après une longue attente, j'ai été obligé de forcer le PC à redémarrer.

Les lignes à décocher, si je ne me trompe pas c'est dans HijackThis, non ?

Donc OTL ne mets que ceci dans alors.

* Fait un double-clic sur l'icône d'OTL pour le lancer
/!\ pour Vista/Seven fais un clic-droit sur l'icône d'OTL et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

* Assure-toi d'avoir fermé toutes les applications en court de fonctionnement.

* Quand la fenêtre d'OTL apparaît, assure toi que dans la section "Rapport" (en haut à droite) la case " Rapport minimal" soit cochée.

* Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

* Cliques sur l'icône Correction (en haut à gauche) .
* Laisse le scan aller à son terme sans te servir du PC
* A la fin du scan un rapport s'ouvrir "OTL.log"

J'utilisais surtout Google Chrome avant, je me suis remis à passer par Mozilla Firefox, et mon PC rame beaucoup avec Chrome alors qu'il n'y a pas de problème avec Firefox.. Donc je pense que je vais retourner sur Firefox de toute façon !

Les pubs ont disparu, et le démarrage est beaucoup plus rapide. Vu que je suis retourné sous Firefox je ne sais pas si ça a réellement diminué les ralentissements ou si mon PC se fait trop vieux de toute façon, mais ça n'a pas pu lui faire de mal. Merci beaucoup pour ton aide en tout cas !

Très bien juste ceci alors.
* Télécharge << DelFix >>(d'Xplode) sur ton bureau.
* Lance le, puis coche les cases suivantes :

Supprimer les outils de désinfection

* Clique ensuite sur Exécuter puis patiente pendant le processus de suppression.
* Le rapport sera enregistré dans le presse-papier . Copie/Colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.

et on va valider ton post en résolu :wink:
