Offre: Technology Lead / Architect SharepointPurpose of the Role Participate in KT sessions, prepare and review system appreciation documents, understand application/system/infrastructure dependencies, perform shadow support in order to complete transition. Ensure Knowledge transfer to the team on the knowledge gained during any transition/changing assignment. Participate in analysis of incoming cases/tickets, assign tickets to team members, track fixing of tickets and verification of the fixes, tracking of SLAs, performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination of root cause, running process improvement initiatives to reduce defects in order to close production issues and improve application/system/infrastructure performance. Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates; build customer confidence in teams ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction. Build repository of team's collective knowledge, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and preserver organization knowledge. Should be able to perform code review of SharePoint Applications using the SharePoint technologies stack and C# language. Should be able to work on collaboration platform and deliver change components as per requirement. Must have worked in Application Production Support (Level 1/Level 2) and ability to solve the tickets within the SLA, Ad-hoc Support, fixes and System performance analysis. Should assist in User queries, Incident Management, Problem management and timely Resolution. Should be able to provide additional application support during system tech uplift and system maintenance activities. Should be able to resolve periodic bugs and be capable of handling minor enhancement work. Provide regular project/task status updates to the team, team lead and Manager as required. Escalate problems as per team guidelines to Team Leader and/or manager. Prioritizing, Planning, Resolving and tracking of Tasks, Work requests, Maintenance and Support activities. Analytical abilities and logical thinking, Good communication skills Purpose of the Role Ensure design, build and implementation of work product; participate in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design provide pseudo code to the team, assign and review tasks for work product implementation with the objective of attaining highest level of service offerings to customer in own technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company. Participates in estimation activities and review estimates in order to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project. Prepare a detailed schedule for a work packet by carefully analyzing the effort of dependencies (internal and external) and provide inputs to overall project schedule in order to ensure timely delivery of project. Provide inputs for technical risk planning with module perspective in order to mitigate the risk and ensure timely delivery of project. Participate in requirements elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirements gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional) in order to come to deliver design as per customer requirements. Participate in architecture review sessions to provide inputs to architecture team and provide specifications in order to be able to create high level design specifications. Guide the team in developing optimized high quality code deliverable, perform code deliverable reviews & unit test plan reviews, conduct independent testing and sign-off code release to testing phase in order to build application conforming to projects standards and requirements. Lead the team for integration/system/performance testing based on integration and system test plans and supports UAT in order ensure defect free code release. Provide inputs for overall implementation plan, lead deployment of applications/infrastructure, review and guide the team for deployment documents and post production support activities. RequiredMinimum 8 years of total experience with 6 years of relevant experience. Pre-requisites Working experience in Application Development and Production Support environment in a Global Delivery Model Automotive systems knowledge Bilingual : should be fluent in French and in English (Speaking/Writing) Technology and Process Minimum 6 years of experience of working in SharePoint Technologies. Should have extensive Application development and Maintenance experience in SharePoint Technologies using MOSS 2007, SP 2010 & SP 2013, Visual Studio & Windows PowerShell. Should have worked hands on in using SharePoint object model, feature development, web part development. Should have good knowledge in site creation, site provisioning, Feature & WSP development, deployment of SharePoint portals. Must have good knowledge on using SharePoint collaboration track. Knowledge using Visual Studio for SharePoint development is desirable. Must be well versed with PowerShell scripts used in SharePoint features and component deployment.
