Offre: Vous gérerez une des équipes (7 à 8 personnes) de développement d'un nouveau produit, avec des responsabilités dans le recrutement, la formation et le suivi de vos collaborateurs. Dans un cadre Agile, vous serez responsable du suivi de la roadmap,et de sa bonne exécution.PURPOSE :Management of one of the Cardinal Development teams in order to design, develop and maintain the product as per the roadmap. Cardinal is the code name of a SaaS project for the financial industry.ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: To recruit, train, monitor and manage the development team : 20% To organize the agile software development work in order to deliver the roadmap within timelines : 10% To define the workload and time schedule to deliver the software together with the Architect : 20% To execute the backlog with the development team : 40% To perform code review : 10%OTHER REQUIRED ACCOUNTABILITIES: To be responsible for the products development quality To stand as the technical referent in the team To attend meetings and workshops with clients
