Infrastructure security, risk and Compliance Manager (Romania)

Offre: Edelway AG is a leading Swiss IT executive search Company . Our global Swiss multinational client is actively looking for a Infrastructure security, Risk and Compliance Manager to join their team in Bucharest ASAP.

YOUR ROLE :

•Maintain positive rapport with client relationship through effective communications.
•Play substantive or lead role in establishing and maintaining quality internal and external communications to include: deliverables, technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
•Demonstrate ability to implement security solutions for SAP.
•Maintain membership and visibility in SAP related professional and civic organizations.
•Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of others.
•Participate in training efforts.
•Demonstrate ability to create and direct proposal efforts.
•Strong background or knowledge in information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies, role based access controls, distributed systems administration, identity management, and distributed system recovery.
•Close collaboration with Information Security Committee.
•Participate in audits, coordinate audit recommendation implementations.
•Produce standards and processes for related services worldwide.
•Manage a team of security administrators on daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all systems, including SAP.
•Manage project planning and execution.
•Provide oversight & support for Disaster Recovery test as required.
•Perform Early Watch analysis and apply recommendations.
•Support the GIO strategy by supporting new and existing services.
•Plan and follow the service delivered by third parties (external providers), providing KPI's and reports
•Plan and coordinate implementation of security measures against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.

YOUR SKILLS :

•Technical degree in Computer Science with or related fields (5+ year experience).
•5+ years experience of core SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance, and implementation (multiple projects is a plus).
•5+ years experience with SAP Security Basics, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.
•5+ years experience with role based access controls, distributed systems administration, and distributed system recovery.
•5+ years experience with SOD conflict resolution.
•5+ years managing IT professionals.
•ITIL certified.
•Methodical with a sense of initiative.
•Excellent ability to work in a team manner as well as good negotiation skills.
•Ability to manage remote external provider and collaborate with remote colleagues.
•GRC implementation a plus.
•CISSP certification a plus.
•Strong English written and oral communication skills .
