un carré bleu avec message risque de dommage disque dur

Bonjour à tous,

Voilà je surfais hier soir sur internet sur mon portable packard bell, et voilà qu'apparaît sur mon écran un rectangle carré bleu avec un message m'annonçant un risque de dommage pour mon disque dur, et l'écran devient noir et puis de retour ce carré bleu, j'ai alors éteint l'ordinateur, et attendu un moment pour vérifier l'état du pc.
Ne sachant pas quoi faire, j'ai scanner le pc avec spybot, scanner avec l'anti virus avast, ainsi que la recherche d'espions ...

Mais je ne suis pas sur que ce soit suffisant; à savoir aussi que j'ai réparer mon pc il y a quelques mois, je m'inquiéte quand même.

Bonjour Titoune.

Il faudrait commencer par vérifier l'état du disque dur avec > CrystalDiskInfo <. C'est fait comme ça :



Si ça donne "Correct", ton disque est bon et tu dois avoir chopé un virus. et là on peut t'aider à nettoyer.

Si ça dit "Prudence", ton disque n'est plus au top et là bah, plus ou moins rapidement, faudra le changer ...

Voilà j'ai donc installé crystalDiskinfo et aprés scan il m'affiche correct / et la température à 44 °.

Sinon il y a un site que lorsque je m'y rends, l' écran devient noir et un message en bas à droite m'affiche que le pilote ne peut pas ... je ne suis pas arriver à lire la suite. Est ce un virus ?

J'ai bien lu le lien "preparer-demande-aide-desinfection-vt-55699.html" qui me parait un peu compliqué,
faut-il que je sauvegarde tous mes documents ?

Aussi à savoir que j'ai acheté ce portable en aout 2011, et que j'ai déjà fait réparer et changer le disque dur, car le disque dur d'origine a éte endommagé, aussi l'informaticien m'a dit que les cd dvd de restauration il ne les a pas utilisé lors de la réparation donc je ne sais pas si je peux quand même tenter la procédure que vous me proposez sans aucun risque pour mon pc.

Non il n'y a pas nécessité de sauvegarder tout tes documents

et ton disque dur est vérifié OK maintenant, donc ça va.

Puis Lance ZHPFix depuis le raccourci du bureau.


-> laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

Une fois terminée, un nouveau rapport s'affiche : copie/colle le contenu de ce dernier dans ta prochaine réponse ...

(ce rapport est en outre sauvegardé dans ce dossier > C:\Program files\ZHPDiag\ZHPFixReport.txt)

Important : s'il t'est demandé de redémarrer le PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le de suite !


Ensuite:
Télécharge AdwCleaner ( d'Xplode ) sur ton bureau.

- Lances le en mode normal , puis cliques sur [Suppression]
- Lorsque le message indiquant qu'AdwCleaner a détecté une variante spécifique d'adware s'affiche , cliquez sur [OK]

- L'ordinateur va redémarrer tout seul. Redémarre-le en mode normal.
- AdwCleaner s'ouvrira normalement, avec comme seul choix possible [Suppression]

- Cliquez dessus, puis patientes pendant la suppression.
- Une fois la suppression effectuée, AdwCleaner vous invitera à redémarrer l'ordinateur

- Au redémarrage, un rapport s'ouvrira. Postes le sur le forum.

Note : Le rapport est également sauvegardé sous C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

Puis nouveau rapport ZHpdiag pour contrôle.

Quand vous dites trop de chose au démarrage du pc, est ce qu'il y a des choses à nettoyer ou à retirer encore car il a encore un petit peu tendance à ralentir mais c'est tout pour l'instant.
