j'ai besoin de votre aide ! Depuis quelques semaines, je suis confrontés à des bluescreen répétitif, en particulier lorsque je regarde des video sur Youtube ou autre. J'ai formaté le pc mais le problème est toujours présent . Une solution ?

->installe le logiciel, lance le et poste (Copier coller) le rapport du logiciel, si le PC a eu le temps de créer des rapports d'incident sur les écran bleu on en saura un peu plus

Bonjour,
On voit bien que le problème vient de "ntkrnlpa.exe" malheureusement je n'ai pas vu de problème semblable résolu dans mes recherches. Un internaute l'a rèsolu en mettant la version 64 Bits à la place de sa version d'origine.
Tu peux éventuellement essayer l'analyse de ton registre avec la commande scannow.
Cliquer sur demarrer > Tous les programmes > accessoires > Invite de commande > ouvrir en tant qu'administrateur > taper : sfc/scannow . Puis cliquer sur entrèe.

le fichier mis en cause est un fichier système qui gère, entre autre, le bon fonctionnement des pilotes. Il est souvent mis en cause dans des BSOD créé par des cartes graphiques. Comme les fichiers dump analysé par whocrashed sont peu bavard, une première chose à faire serait de t'assurer que les pilotes des différents périphérique (donc C graphique) sont bien à jour

une autre chose, les BSOD arrivent-il de façon aléatoire ou toujours dans les mêmes conditions (exemple sortie de veille, sur un jeu particulier..ect..)

Les Bluescreen arrivent de façon très aléatoire mais j'ai remarqué que plus de la moitié arrivent lorsque je regard des videos
Comment devrai-je procéder pour mettre à jour les pilotes de mes périphériques ?

Ps : Je suis en train de faire le test avec scannow, je poste les résultats quand c'est terminé !

Le résultat du scan n'est pas bon, comme tu t'en doute certainement, comme des fichiers systèmes sont endommagés c'est peut-être la cause de tes soucis.

l’inconvénient, c'est que le fichier CBS.log est généralement un truc immense qu'il faut commencer par copier ailleurs afin de pouvoir l'ouvrir car, dans c:\windows\logs\cbs\ il est protégé par le système et, donc son ouverture est impossible (mais on peut le copier).

ensuite, lire ce fichier ne garanti pas que la réparation soit faisable et, bien souvent, la solution passe par une réinstallation du système. enfin, tu peux si tu veux, chercher les lignes mentionnant une erreur si c'est un fichier endommagé il est théoriquement possible de le remplacer par une version saine...mais faut trouver quelque part le bon fichier dans la bonne version.

une remarque au cas ou (ne te sens pas visé c'est simplement une précaution de routine car la situation arrive parfois).. : Si le système est une version crackée, il est souvent normal que windows trouve des erreurs car certains fichiers ne sont plus d'origine...évidement dans ce cas, l'aide du forum s’arrêtera là.

Comme j'ai mentionné dans mon premier poste, j'avais déjà essayé de formater l'ordinateur pour résoudre le problème. Mais malgré le formatage, l'erreur était toujours présent ... Je pense donc que c'est un problème matériel, non ?

ha bon....

fouiller la chose prend généralement un temps fou pour un résultat très aléatoire, c'est pour cela que généralement je conseille la réinstallation du système, car le "bricolage réparation", quand il parait possible, prend énormément de temps du fait le la recherche dans ce fichier sans fond pour un résultat pas toujours efficace.

Dans ton cas, le pb matériel est en effet possible et c'est souvent la carte graphique qui est en cause d'après ce que j'ai lu sur ton type de panne....

cependant, les erreurs fichier dans le système m’inquiètes, car après une réinstallation "propre", même si des BSOD matériel sont présents, le système devrait être sans erreurs...

Aussi, sans être une certitude, si des erreurs apparaissent systématiquement à l’installation d'une version officielle, dans la majorité des cas 2 causes possibles:
1> DVD de windows endommagé
2> Disque dur non fiable.

Ah oui j'ai oublié de précisé que j'ai de plus en plus du mal à démarrer mon pc, je m'explique, lorsque j'allume l'ordinateur, ce dernier reboot lorsque j'ai l'image de windows :

+1 avec notre ami EinsteinZero , tu peux tester ton disque dur avec un utilitaire tel que UBCD. Si il ne trouve pas d'erreur disque OK je te conseillerai de procèder à un formatage bas niveau ( zero file drive ou write zero ) selon les fabricants avant de lancer ta rèinstallation . Pour le DVD je ne peux que te conseiller de le nettoyer ou même le recopier des fois ça ôte les dèfauts avant de l'insérer dans ton lecteur.

car là visiblement le système est salement instable...

mais essaye de tester le disque-dur avant la réinstalle car, je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais je l'accuserai assez volontier

Bon, j'ai mis à jour les pilotes pour le son et pour l'affichage, pour l'instant je touche le bois pas de problème depuis 6 heures !
