[Réglé] Alpha antivirus envahissant

Bonsoir

J'ai récupéré sur mon ordi, cette charmante sal...rie qu'est Alpha antivirus; j'ai donc téléchargé le MBAM mais là j'ai un sacré problème, au moment du scan, la fenêtre du logiciel se ferme et ne fait rien du tout.

Donc j'aurais besoin de votre aide, pour primo lancer le scan et secundo me débarrasser de ce parasite.

Bonjour,tu as plusieur infectionsnfait ceci:
Télécharge Toolbar-S&D De Angeldark, Sham_Rock & XmichouX .

Désactiver les protections résidentes.

Pour les utilisateurs de Windows Vista,Windows 7 , désactiver également l' UAC .

Aide en Image

Télécharger et Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur

Aide en images.

Double-clique sur l'icône afin de lancer l'installation .

Une fois installé, un raccourci sera ajouté sur le Bureau. Double-clique dessus pour démarrer l'outil.

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre,pour le choix de la langue tape : "F".

Appuis une fois sur la touche "Entrée".

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre fais le choix N°1 (recherche).

Appuis une fois sur la touche "Entrée".

Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Sauvegarde le rapport qui s'ouvre à la fin du scan sur ton bureau.

Poste le rapport.

NB. Si celui-ci n'apparait pas automatiquement, tu le trouveras dans C:\TB.txt

Ok,maintenant fait ceci:
Double clique sur le raccourci pour démarrer l'outil.

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre,pour le choix de la langue tape "F" .

Appuis une fois sur la touche "Entrée" .

Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre fais le choix N°2 (Suppression).

Appuis une fois sur la touche "Entrée".

Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Sauvegarde le rapport qui s'ouvre à la fin du scan sur ton bureau.

Poste le rapport.

Pour gagner du temps quand tu auras posté le rapport Toolbar-S&D Option2
tu feras ceci:
Télécharge Navilog1 par IL-MAFIOSO sur ton bureau.

Ensuite double clique sur Navilog1.exe pour le démarrer.

Laisse-toi guider. Appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande.

Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

Ne fais pas le choix 2

Patiente le temps du scan. Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC.

Laisse l'outil le faire automatiquement, sinon redémarre ton PC normalement s'il te le demande.

Patiente jusqu'au message Scan terminé le......

Appuie sur une touche comme demandé ; le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.

Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.

PS : le rapport est, aussi, sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur C:\cleannavi.txt

Commence par arrêter le processus Alpha Antivirus :
Va dans le Gestionnaire des tâches en appuyant sur les touches CTRL + Maj + Echap.
Cliques sur l'onglet Processus, et localise Alpha Antivirus .
Alpha.exe
Alpha antivirus.exe
antivirus.exe
Une fois que tu as trouvé le ou les processus Antivirus Alpha, clique droit dessus et sélectionne "Terminer le processus" .
Ensuite
Télécharge Combofix.exe sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleur).

Déconnectes toi d'internet , désactives ton antivirus et tes protections résidantes pour que ComboFix puisse s'exécuter normalement.

Double clique Combofix.exe.

Tape sur la touche 1 pour démarrer le scan.

Installe la console de récupération si celle-ci est proposée et continue.

Lorsque le scan sera complet, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Ne pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de Combofix durant l'analyse ; ceci provoquerait le gel du programme.

NOTE IMPORTANTE
Si, par malchance, vous n'avez plus accès à votre connexion Internet après avoir fait tourner
ComboFix la première chose à essayer est de faire redémarrer votre ordinateur.
Cette seule manip devrait corriger la grande majorité des problèmes de non-connexion à Internet après l'utilisation de ComboFix .Si vous n'avez toujours pas de connexion Internet après avoir redémarré, exécutez les étapes suivantes:

Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer.

Cliquez sur l'option de menu Paramètres.

Cliquez sur l'option Panneau de configuration.

Après l'ouverture du Panneau de configuration, faites un double clic sur l'icône Connexions réseau

Si votre Panneau de configuration est paramétré pour un affichage en catégories, faites un double clic sur Connexions réseau et Internet puis cliquez sur Connexions réseau tout en bas.

Vous verrez alors une liste de toutes les connexions réseau disponibles. Repérez la connexion vers votre adaptateur Sans Fil ou Réseau local et faites un clic droit dessus.

Vous verrez alors un menu similaire à celui de l'image ci-dessous. Cliquez simplement sur l'option de menu Réparer



Laissez le processus de réparation se dérouler, et lorsqu'il a terminé, votre connexion Internet devrait être de nouveau opérationnelle.
Sinon, si une icône de votre réseau apparaît aussi dans la barre des tâches Windows, vous pouvez la réparer en faisant un clic droit sur l'icône et en choisissant Réparer comme le montre l'image ci-dessous:

J'ai des petits soucis avec votre application ComboFix.exe
J'ai suivi la procédure jusqu'au "double-clique ComboFix.exe", le lancement de l'application se fait tout seul sans avoir appuyer sur "1" et la suite de la manœuvre ne se fait pas.
Je reste bloquer sur cette fenêtre:



J'ai refait plusieurs fois la manip en rebootant l'ordi, en téléchargeant l'application, et je n'ai pas une seule fois touché soit au clavier soit au touchpad

Oui j'ai fait tout celà, à moins que tu n'inclues dans antivirus et protection résidente, le parefeu et les autres protections du système (qui eux sont toujours actifs)

Oui il faut desactiver l'antivirus,le pare feu,Spybot, AdAware si tu as
Sinon demain je te donnerai une autre méthode

J'y pense ,suite au probleme de combo avec vista la semaine derniere,il se peut qu'il soit tres long a se lancer au demarrage,patiente un bon moment,peut etre une heure tout dépend de ta configuration

Télécharge OTM3 de Old_Timer sur ton Bureau .

Double-clique sur OTM3.exe pour le lancer.


Copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous:

[Reboot]

Colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3

Clique sur pour lancer la Suppression

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.



Clique sur Exit pour fermer.

Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\*******_******.log

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression.

Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.
