j'ai enlever les 3 mentionnés ci dessous, à savoir que pour Trend Micro, je l'ai tout simplement supprimer dans c: car impossible de la trouver dans le panneau de configuration / ajout suppression de programme.

est-ce que quelqu'un a su lire les rapports ?

Je ne remarque plus de pub intempestives mais suis-je toujours infectée ?
Est-ce que je dois garder sur le pc OTL, OTM, RIST, MCPR, Hijackthis ?
Pour la prochaine fois, quelqu'un sait où j'ai pu attraper toutes ces cochonneries et comment les éviter ?

Je ne pourrais pas vérifié tes rapports, je ne suis pas assez compétent pour ça.
Pour ce qui est des utilitaires attends qu'un helper passe par là pour te confirmer que tu n'a effectivement plus d'infection.

Par contre pour se qui est de la protection je te dirais comme je viens de dire à un autre user :

Les virus, comme on dit à tout les users, le meilleur anti-virus c'est vous même!
Si vous surfez sur des sites de confiance, que vous ne faite pas n'importe quoi avec votre PC, que vous le mettez à jour, il n'y aura pas de soucis! Si tu fait attention à tous ça, tu ne seras pas embêter avec les virus.

* Fait un double-clic sur l'icône d'OTL pour le lancer
/!\ pour Vista/Seven fais un clic-droit sur l'icône d'OTL et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

* Assure-toi d'avoir fermé toutes les applications en court de fonctionnement.

* Quand la fenêtre d'OTL apparaît, assure toi que dans la section "Rapport" (en haut à droite) la case " Rapport minimal" soit cochée.

* Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

* Cliques sur l'icône Correction (en haut à gauche) .
* Laisse le scan aller à son terme sans te servir du PC
* A la fin du scan un ou deux rapports vont s'ouvrir "OTL.Txt" et ( ou ) "Extras.Txt"( dans certains cas).
* Copie et colle le ou les rapports dans ta réponse stp...
* Au cas où, tu peux les retrouver dans le dossier C:\OTL ou sur ton bureau en fonction des cas rencontrés

POur Java, j'ai suivi les instructions et une fenêtre me dit que j'ai la dernière version. Est-ce que cette mise à jour de java doit être faite régulièrement.

J'ai téléchargé Antivir.

Peut être que je peux les ranger dans un dossier sur le bureau ?

Vivement les vacances

si de ton coté tout va bien :

1-Relence OTL et valide "Purge Outil"

2-Maintenant on va mettre la restauration du système propre.

Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur l'icône Poste de travail, puis cliquez sur Propriétés
ou touche "Windows+Pause"
Cliquez sur l'onglet Restauration du système

Sélectionnez Désactiver la Restauration du système ou Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs.

Cliquez sur Appliquer puis OUI dans la fenêtre suivante.

Attendre quelques instants puis :

activer la restauration du système de nouveau.


Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur Poste de travail, puis cliquez sur Propriétés
ou touche "Windows+Pause"
Cliquez sur l'onglet Restauration du système

Désélectionnez Désactiver la Restauration du système ou Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs»

Maintenant on crée un nouveau point de restauration.

Démarrer—Exécuter—ou touche "Windows+R" et tapes:

%SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

Puis coche " Créer un point de restauration" que tu nommes PC- Clean. Valide.

Vous pouvez maintenant fermer toutes les fenêtres.

Ce n'est rien Bernard53, de toute façon hier j'avais pas la tête à ça
j'ai réalisé toutes les opérations mentionnées ci-dessous et comme j'aime comprendre ce que je fais, qu'est ce que le point de restauration ?
enfin je me suis rendu compte du problème par les fenêtres qui s'ouvraient mais tu as décelé de nombreux autres problèmes. Comment puis-je faire à mon niveau si je ne vois aucun signe particulier pour savoir si mon PC est infecté ?

La restauration:

Il s'agit d'un outil intégré à Windows, permettant de revenir en arrière à la suite d'un gros problème sur le système.

La restauration permet de réparer les fichiers systèmes et seulement ceux-ci.
En aucun cas les données perso ne sont concernées.

quand tu n'est pas sur lors de l'installation d'un logiciel, le fait de créer un point de restauration juste avant de faire son installation, permet de revenir en arrière en cas d'instabilité suite a cette dernière manip.

En cas d'infection, une fois le pc clean, on purge cette restauration pour ne par revenir en arrière suite a un soucis.
On crée un nouveau point bien nommé qui avec lui on est certain que le pc est OK

Une infection est découverte seulement hélas que quand des soucis surviennent : ralentissement ou autres..
