Bonjour,
J'ai atrapé ce ''programme'' qui semble être un virus en downloadant un cd ripper. Mon ordi gelait tout simplement après quelques minutes d'utilisation. Durant celles-ci, j'ai pu le supprimer en passant par le panneau de configuration et programmes et fonctionnalité. Cependant, j'aimerais m'assurer qu'il n'est plus sur mon ordi... Je ne voudrais pas avoir de problèmes avec ce ''programme''.

Comme il semblerait que ce "truc" puisse être "infectieux" (Virus, trojan, ou autre), Sujet déplacé.
Pour que tu soit pris en charge par un helper patientes un peu, & mets à profit ce temps pour
lire & appliquer ce Tutoriel HiJackThis. Cela fera avancer la désinfection.

Vous produirez le rapport Hijkacthis "proposé", après avoir fait ces procédures.

Utilisateur de SpybotSD.
Désactivez la protection résidente de SpybotSD,
qui peut interférer avec les suppressions.
• Lancez Spybot > Mode avancé > Outils >> Résident
• Décochez la case résident "tea timer" et refermez Spybot

Important.
Lorsque la désinfection sera complétée ( et pas avant ), réactiver le " TeaTimer " .
/!\ Alors Spybot proposera, avec plusieurs pop-up, d'accepter ou non les modifications
faites au registre suite aux suppressions/désinfections.
vous devrez les accepter toutes sans exceptions !

Téléchargez sur votre bureau Ad-Remover (de C_XX)

Désactiver l'antivirus.

Avec VISTA
• Lancez AD-R.exe par un Clic droit > "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

• Lancez AD-R.exe,
• Sélectionner la langue, F et validez par Entrée,
• Déconnectez-vous, quittez les applications ouvertes
• Sélectionner l'option [L. Lancer le nettoyage]

>> Laisser le aller,
• Lorsque le scan sera complété appuyez sur une touche pour ouvrir le rapport
Postez le rapport (C:\Ad-Report-SCAN.log)

Réactiver l'antivirus et l'UAC(pour Vista).

Téléchargez Malwarebytes
• Lancez l'installation,
• Faites la [Mise à jours] de Malwarebytes.
• Dans [Recherche] sélectionnez [Exécuter un examen Complet],
• Après le scan, appuyer sur >>>>>>>>>> [Supprimer la sélection].
>> Redémarrer si proposé..
Postez le rapport Malwarebytes.

Remarquez que vous pouvez toujours télécharger "d'abord" tout les logiciels.
Et ensuite suivre les procédures dans la séquence proposée.

En faisant Hijackthis ..après les autres procédures.
Le rapport d'Hijackthis sera déjà allégés, des infections supprimées précédemment.
Et puisque vous posterez aussi les rapports fait avec les autre logiciels.
Pas nécessaire de décupler les même info. dans plusieurs rapports.

Je n'ai fait que le rapport hiJackThis jusqu'à présent

Le rapport est sans infection !
Puisque que Hijackthis offre le minimum requis(ou peu) d'info sur un PC.

Parce qu'Ad-Remover est spécialisé, pour gratter le disque de tout ce qui peut resté de Relevant knowledge.
Et que Malwarebyte "le généraliste" va peut-être détecté autre autre..

Par prévention, faites tout de même les procédures Ad-Remover et Malwarebytes..

Et spécifiez combien de Ram vous avez, merci.

J'ai 4g de ram

J'ai lancé l'application AD-R et appuyé sur L pour lancer le tout... La fenêtre s'est fermée puis plus rien ne s'est passé

Si vous aviez Désactiver l'UAC, ainsi que l'antivirus de service.
Et lancez AD-R.exe par un Clic droit > "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
Peut-être est-ce parce qu'il ne fonctionne pas sur 64Bits.

Faites tout de même Malwarebytes.
Garder le en 2ième ligne de défense. Précédez toujours un scan d'une mise à jours.
Y a pas logiciel de désinfection payant ou autre, plus performant !
