Bonjour,

Le portable ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux même pas rentrer dans son système d'exploitation Vista. Je suis dans «Options de récupération système». Une petite fenêtre ayant pour titre «Ajouter des pilotes» et ayant comme contenu «Insérer le support d'installation du périphérique et cliquez sur OK pour sélectionner le pilote» est apparue.

J'ai tenté de trouver ces fameux pilotes sur Internet et je n'ai pas réussi. Le plus proche que je me suis rendu est à un lien qui les téléchargeait mais le lien ne fonctionnait pas.

Où trouver les pilotes de SATA pour un Toshiba satellite U300 PSU30C AY108C ?

Une autre solution, en lisant ce qui suit m'est venue à l'esprit. Est-il possible d'avoir un lien pour télécharger l'image de recouvrement de ce notebook ou ce procurer les DVD en question ?

Le notebook n'est pas à moi donc pas nécessaire de me dire que j'aurais du créer les DVD de recouvrement.

J’ai exécuté o2ksr1a.exe de l’éditeur Microsoft Corporation (Europe) pour tenter de mettre à jour à SR-1 ma version d’Office 2000 Premium.

J’ai eu un message d’erreur qui disait entre autre que la mise à jour de Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 a échoué.

Dans le message on me disait que dans tel fichier, il y était inscrit le détail de cette tentative de mise à jour.
