Help j'ai cacaoweb [Résolu]

Bonjour,
j'ai cacaoweb et j'aimerais m'en débarrasser et j'ai eu l'impression, en me baladant sur des forums, que l'aide doit être personnalisé a mon ordinateur.

Salut et Bienvenu sur PC-InfoPratique.

Nous allons essayer de régler ton problème ensemble. D'abord, quelques rappels:

- N'ouvres pas d'autres sujets pour le même problème autre part.
- N'hésites pas à poser des questions en cas de besoin.
- Sois patient(e) quand tu postes un message, je ne réponds pas instantanément:
Je ne suis pas en permanence devant mon ordinateur.
- La désinfection (si nécessaire) va se dérouler en plusieurs étapes. Même si les symptômes de l'infection disparaissent, la désinfection ne sera terminée que quand je te le confirmerai

--> Merci de revenir jusqu'au bout, sinon ce qu'on a fait n'aura servi à rien.

• Télécharges AdwCleaner sur ton Bureau.

/!\ Utilisateur de Windows Vista et Windows Seven : Cliques droit sur le logo de AdwCleaner, « Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur » /!\

• Lances AdwCleaner.
• Cliques sur le bouton Suppression.
• Patientes le temps du scan.
• A la fin de la Suppresion, AdwCleaner te dira qu'il faudra redemarrer, faits le.
• AdwCleaner va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
• Enregistres le rapport sur ton Bureau.
• Héberges le rapport AdwCleaner sur CJoint.com
• Postes le lien donné.

• Ensuite relances AdwCleaner, et cliques sur Désinstaller.

J'ai oublié de préciser que j'ai déjà suivit les étapes d'une de tes précédentes désinfection sur jeffoulain j'en était arrivé jusqu'à ZHPfix, puis j'ai lu le dernier post du forum ou t’écris de poster son propre sujet ^^.

je veux pas paraitre impatient mais ma connexion est vraiment pourris et ça me fait craquer, donc une petite réponse après un peu plus d'une semaine d'attente serait la bienvenue. ;p

Désolé je pense que Yannis a eu un contretemps.
Fait ceci pour ta connexion et dis moi.

Réinitialisation des paramètres de connexion :
tapes cmd dans la recherche "Vista" ou "Seven" <ensuite clique droit sur la petite fenêtre noire nommée cmd.exe et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Dans le fenêtre DOS qui va s'afficher tapes ceci.


ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
netsh winhttp reset tracing
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset catalog
netsh int ipv6 reset catalog

Valide par la touche Entrée chaque commande.

Tu redémarres le PC.

Ensuite ceci pour contrôle.
Télécharges << ZHPDiag>> (de Nicolas Coolman)

dezzipes le fichier sur ton bureau...
Fais un clic-droit sur l'icône ZHPDiag .exe et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".


L'installation va créer raccourcis (ZHPDiag et ZHPFix et MBRchek) sur ton bureau



ET :

Si le bouton UAC apparaît dans le panel supérieur cela signifie que votre UAC est activée. L'activation de l'UAC gène l'analyse deZHPDiag sur certains modules (O18,O23,O42,...).
Aussi pour permettre un scan complet de l'outil, vous devez au préalable cliquer sur ce bouton.
Ce qui aura pour conséquence de relancer ZHPDiag avec une désactivation temporaire de l'UAC.

A la fin de l'installation ZHPDiag va se lancer....

Cliques sur "Lancer le diagnostic " (image de la loupe) et patiente...

A la fin du scan le rapport est sauvegardé directement sur ton bureau.

Mets le rapport ici car il prend bien de la place.

Puis Lance ZHPFix depuis le raccourci du bureau.

Une fois terminée, un nouveau rapport s'affiche : copie/colle le contenu de ce dernier dans ta prochaine réponse ...

(ce rapport est en outre sauvegardé dans ce dossier > C:\Program files\ZHPDiag\ZHPFixReport.txt)

Important : s'il t'est demandé de redémarrer le PC pour finir le nettoyage, fais le de suite !

Ensuite refait la manipulation avec AdwCleaner mais cette fois mets bien l'outis sur ton bureau et non depuis :

Exécuté depuis : C:\Users\Raphaël\Downloads\adwcleaner.exe

Il n'as pas été efficace la première fois a cause de cet emplacement.

non pas de soucis sur ce point sur ce point car se sont des fichiers installés.
Cela n'empêche qu'il peuvent avoir installé sans le vouloir ces intrus.
