[Réglé] Infection Dr Guard (et peut-être d'autres...)

Bonjour à tous,

Pour commencer, un grand merci à tous les "virusbuster" qui prodiguent leur aide sur ce forum. J'y viens souvent en simple consultation, et je profite de mon inscription pour vous remercier...

Un ami m'a confié son PC (lenovo X60T sous win XP SP2, avec McAfee Viruscan Enterprise 8.5.0 installé) pour le débarrasser d'une infection virale, probablement contracté via le disque externe de sa fille ce week-end.

Les symptômes:
- au démarrage, une fenêtre indique que ihaupd.exe a planté;
- régulièrement (toutes les 2 ou 3 minutes), une fenêtre d'alerte imitant une page "Windows Security Center" lui affiche une alarme (avec une info bulle dans la barre des tâches), lui indique qu'il n'a pas d'anti-virus installé et lui propose d'activer Dr Guard;
- trois icônes de sites pornos sont apparues sur son bureau, et réapparaissent si on les supprime;

J'ai lancé McAfee, qui m'a trouvé 3 infections: W32/Rimecud!mem, BackDoor-AWQ.h.gen.a, et Ransom!bz

Après quelques recherches sur le net, j'ai tenté de télécharger et exécuter Dr.Web, qui m'a fait un nettoyage. Après le redémarrage, tous les symptômes ont disparus MAIS l'ordinateur plante systématiquement après 3 ou 4 minutes d'utilisation (écran figé, seule la souris est mobile, obligé de l'éteindre avec le bouton de démarrage). Si je tente de relancer Dr.Web au démarrage, la détection démarre et il découvre encore plus de Trojan qu'avant, jusqu'au plantage...

Si quelqu'un a une suggestion, je suis preneur...

[EDIT] J'ai l'impression qu'il ne plante pas (encore) en mode sans échec. Je vais tenter de passer un coup de MalWareBytes Anti-Malware pour voir s'il peut faire quelque chose...

Télécharge ComboFix <ICI>>

Pour les Utilisateurs de VISTA: Clic-droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Pour VISTA : pas d'installation de la console de récupération.

Avec des infections comme celles d'aujourd'hui, il est fortement conseillé de l'avoir préinstallée sur votre PC avant toute suppression de nuisibles.
Elle permettra de démarrer dans un mode spécial, de récupération (réparation), qui nous permet de vous aider plus facilement si jamais votre ordinateur rencontre un problème après une tentative de nettoyage.

Suis les invites pour permettre à ComboFix de télécharger et installer la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows, et lorsque cela est demandé, accepte le Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final pour l'installer.
>> Une fois sur ton bureau double clique dessus pour le lancer.
Note importante : Si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est déjà installée, ComboFix continuera ses procédures de suppression de nuisibles.

Lorsque le scan sera complet, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Je ne suis pas certain de pouvoir installer la console de récupération sur ce PC: il s'agit d'un dual boot avec une partition cryptée (pro) et une partition perso (infectée). Le secteur de boot est un peu spécial et il est impossible d'y intervenir sans tout saccager. Tu es sûr que la console de récupération n'intervient pas sur le boot ?

[EDIT] après avoir cherché un peu, il semble que l'installation de la console ne modifie que le boot.ini, sans toucher au MBR. Je vais donc peut-être tenter le coup, quand j'aurais passé MBAM... (pour l'instant, je profite du mode sans échec pour sauvegarder quelques fichiers "sûrs" - des films en .avi - que mon pote voulait récupérer).

Oui pour le moment passe Malwaresbytes.

Et oui la console comme tu le signales ne modifies pas le boot mais rajoute une option pour le démarrage de windows.

Je suis en W7Pro 64bits et j'ai été infecté par "Dr. Guard" malgré la présence de Microsoft Essential Security (et je suis donc repassé à BitDefender..).
Voici la procédure que j'ai suivi pour m'en débarrasser :
- Avec Malware antibytes : il m'a débarrassé de tous les backdoors et autres indésirables
- J'ai utilisé REVOuninstaller avec l'option recherche approfondie pour le désinstaller, car il résiste aux méthodes standards.

Ca y est! J'ai récupéré tous ses films persos. J'ai lancé MBAM en mode sans échec (le seul qui ne plante pas) et il m'a trouvé un peu plus de 900 éléments à supprimer

Après redémarrage (toujours en MSE), j'ai tenté un second scan et il n'a trouvé des éléments que dans System Volume Information, donc ça ne me semble pas trop grave.

Par contre, après un démarrage en mode normal, j'ai retenté un passage de Dr.Web, et il me trouve toujours une ou deux choses. En tout cas, il n'y a plus de plantage.

[EDIT] j'ai parlé un peu trop vite: après le second démarrage en mode normal, il a de nouveau planté au bout de quelques secondes...

[EDIT2] merci pour le conseil, jacquitou. Je vais tenter ça et je vous tiens au courant...
[EDIT3] j'ai installé REVOuninstaller Pro (version d'essai), mais je ne vois rien à désinstaller...

Y a-t-il un moyen de s'assurer que tout a été nettoyé ?

Pour Hervax :
Il y a un revouninstaller free ( http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html ) qui suffit amplement. Il suffit de le lancer et, avec la 1° icône (Uninstaller) il va te montrer tous les pgm's installés.
Si tu vois "Dr. Guard", tu cliques dessus à droite pour choisir "Uninstall"; il te demande alors de choisir un mode de désinstallation et tu prends "advanced".

Merci à toi! J'ai bien tenté ça, mais il ne détecte aucun logiciel "illégitime" installé (c'est ce que je voulais dire par "il ne trouve rien à desinstaller")...

En même temps, j'attends l'avis d'un spécialiste, mais le log de Combofix ne me semble pas trop dramatique (à part un ou deux fichiers système qui étaient vérolés).

Bonjour

Ouvre le Menu Démarrer > Exécuter (Touche Windows+ R : en raccourci)

Dans la boîte de dialogue, copie/colle tout ce qui est en citation ci-dessous :

fsutil file createnew "%userprofile%\bureau\CFScript.txt" 0

Puis valide

2/ Ouvre CFScript.txt (sur ton Bureau) . > copie dedans cette nouvelle citation :

Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript.txt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe comme sur la capture:




Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître et ComboFix vas de nouveau faire une analyse.

Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu, en précisant où en sont tes soucis.

Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt


Ensuite connais tu ces deux dossiers!

Ils viennent du même logiciel mais c'est quoi!

* Télécharge >> OTL <<sur ton bureau.

* Fait un double-clic sur l'icône d'OTL pour le lancer
/!\ pour Vista/Seven fais un clic-droit sur l'icône d'OTL et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

* Assure-toi d'avoir fermé toutes les applications en court de fonctionnement.

* Quand la fenêtre d'OTL apparaît, assure toi que dans la section "Output" (en haut à droite) la case "minimal Output" soit cochée.

* Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Custom scan/fixes"

Seconde étape: concernant les deux dossiers:
c:\windows\_VOIDnymxtapgad
c:\windows\_VOIDbfnmdibitu
ils n'appartiennent à aucune de ses applications installées et contiennent chacun un .sys, chacun étant infesté par TR/Crypt.ZPack.Gen d'après Antivir (testé sur mon propre PC, je lui installerai aussi quand j'en aurai fini).

J'ai donc supprimés ces deux dossiers sur son PC.

J'hésite maintenant à tenter un redémarrage normal, pour voir, ou à continuer ta procédure en mode sans échec avec OTL.

Re-bonjour,

Après une petite pause, voici des nouvelles:
- l'ordinateur ne plante plus après une ouverture de session normale;
- après avoir mis à jour McAfee, j'ai effectué un scan complet. Il m'a trouvé des centaines de positifs dans \system volume information\restore (ça devrait disparaître après avoir fait du ménage dans la restauration) et un positif dans \Windows\system32\dllcache (W32/Cutwail.a!rootkit).

D'après le rapport de scan, ce dernier a été nettoyé, mais je n'ai toujours pas de moyen sûr de pouvoir rendre le PC à mon pote en lui garantissant qu'il est propre...
